REVUP Method™ is a product of WebProdCraft (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). Hosting and data storage occur exclusively in the European Union. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service:

• Account data — name, email, phone, restaurant name, location.
• Menu data — dishes, modifiers, prices that you upload.
• Operational data — orders, covers, average check, staff actions during service.
• Technical data — IP, browser type, anonymised usage metrics.

Your data is used solely to operate REVUP Method™ — to generate upsell prompts, run the kitchen display, produce dashboards, and provide support. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertising networks. We do not use it to train external AI models.

We process personal data based on (a) the contract between you and us when you start a pilot or subscribe, (b) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service, and (c) your consent where required (cookies, marketing emails).

Operational data is kept while you are an active customer plus 24 months for analytics continuity. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing hello@webprodcraft.com.

You can request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of your data. You can object to processing and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Email: hello@webprodcraft.com.

We use a small set of audited EU-based sub-processors for hosting, transactional email, and analytics. A current list is available on request.
